I have recently worked through an OJEU with the above company, Rotadex. I would like to acknowledge how impressed I was whilst dealing with the company and the fact that the directors are easily accessible to speed up any tendering process. I was very impressed with the customer service element; we were encouraged to visit the premises, meet the staff and view the relevant work areas and found this most useful. It was always never too much trouble for the directors to travel to our Headquarters in Oldham in order to resolve any issues and ensure work went ahead to meet the agreed schedule. I have never known Rotadex to miss a deadline, in fact, quite often they would work with us when we were struggling with deadlines at our operational side of the process to ensure we met the deadline. Obviously, from a pricing point of view, they came out extremely competitively which meant we have diverted our business from five sites to this company As a result of this, we now have an enhanced product by way of quality and nothing was seen to be too difficult whilst going through the design stages. In fact, we received much advice from Rotadex but were left to make the decision ourselves, which was our preferred option. We continue to revise our products on a three to six monthly basis and, again, Rotadex have been nothing but supportive in allowing us to do this. When we contact the company regarding proposed changes, we have named contacts who ensure this is done and we have never had to chase or remind them on issues I was also impressed by the way they supplied us with some samples whilst we were in the negotiation process with some of our Consultants. Rotadex did this at a cost to them and made all the changes to the artwork on time and made sure we had deliveries in time for our discussions.
